Three Summer Colours

Summer is here! I love looking out my window and seeing clear skies.
The lazy days of sitting in the grass either enjoyed with books,
coffee or friends.
Summer is all about happy times and bright colours. The same goes
for my nails. The brighter the better!
The three colours that keep rotating on my fingers in the Summer are :
Zoya Kylie and Willow and Sparitual Dreamsicle.

Zoya Kylie is the perfect mix of pink, peach and red.

Zoya Willow is a neutral but also fun peach colour. Peaches are one of my favourite fruits and I think
that's the reason the why I love this colour.

Sparitual in Dreamsicle. This is a neon bright pink, which reminds me of watermelon, which reminds
me of laying by the beach or swimming in the ocean.
Swatches inside.
Swatches Outside in daylight.
Summer is about hanging out outside. To enjoy new food, to barbecue, to read, to swim, and to
go for walks in the mountain. Summer is about experiences and happy moments with family and friends.

- What's your favorite thing about Summer, and what's your favorite Summer nail polish? -
I hope you will have a great Summer Day!

California tee

I found this California shirt at Winners for $12, a total score. I think graphic tees are perfect for anyone's wardrobe, because it gives a cool and laid back look. I for one love the relaxed look. Graphic tees goes with anything from jeans to skirts. You don't need any fancy necklace or accessories, the graphics speaks for itself.

When in doubt wear a Graphic tee and some red lipstick.

What I am wearing : Graphic shirt from Winners, Skirt from H&M, shoes from Ronsons, and my go to bag from Claire's.

Another day in Raincouver

Grey clouds was greening me from my kitchen window. Raincouver is famous for this kind of
weather. Rain and more rain, but in all honesty I really appreciated the 7+ days
of sun, so the rain did not seem that bad this morning. Sometimes a little rain can feel refreshing.
I don't know if anyone would agree with me or not?

I decided to wear jeans. It seemed like the right thing to wear for a day like this.
Jeans go with everything, they are easy to wear, easy to wash and comfortable if you find the right pair.
I have noticed most people in Vancouver wear grey and black clothes, and I found
my wardrobe changing to those colours after I moved here. Maybe we are all reflecting the weather?
I decided to pair my jeans with a black singlet and a black tweet jacket. I also brought my rain-jacket with me in my
handbag just in case.

What I am wearing : Converse shoes, F21 jeans, black singlet and tweet jacket from H&M and a Ralph Lauren bag gifted for my Birthday.

What's your go to outfit for a rainy day?

I hope you have a Raintastic day wherever you are!

Glittery Nails

I was grocery shopping in Whole Foods the other day. By chance I came across a small stand with nail polishes.
The nail polish was called "Suncoat Girl". It said it was water based so it's suppose to be much safer in terms of toxic levels. The polish is made for young girls 3+, so I would imagine it to be pretty natural. I put the nail polish bottle in my grocery cart and I am so happy I did.

The color I got is "Fairy Glitter". It's a transparent glittery nail polish with a pink tint to it. It last for about 3 days, and then you can peel it off. No nail polish remover needed! You do have to keep your hands away from water for about 2 hours after you paint them to let the nail polish cure. So I paint them at night.
I would also use a water based top coat to make the nail polish less matte and boring.
I think this is a nice everyday color, and I kind of what to try some of their other colors. If any of you have tried Suncoat before please let me know how they worked for you?

What's your favorite nail polish brand? :)

Jump into a jumpsuit

Today was a beautiful day. The weather was warm and the birds were singing. What a perfect day for flowers and sun.

Therefore to compliment the day I wore a flower jumpsuit from F21. However I had to tweaked my jumpsuit a little in order to fit in comfortably. So I sewn the straps shorter, no biggie. To preserve my awesome handcraft I will hand wash this garment from now on. To add a personal touch, I wore a hand me down necklace from mommy.

The thing I love about jumpsuits is that you can literally jump into one and head out the door. No fuss and perfect for a casual occasion.

What I am wearing : Jumpsuit F21, boots Aldo and a vintage necklace my mum gave me when I was 10 from when she was young.

Beautiful day in Vancouver

Today I was on the hunt for a natural deodorant. Not an easy task it turns out. Walking up and down the streets, just looking for the perfect buy. My perfect deodorant, but still finding nothing.
I ended my search in Sephora, where I happen to find it. It's called "the healthy deodorant" by Lavanilla. A natural and no Aluminium deodorant. Yay!!

As a little side note: "Don't bring boyfriend to Sephora again, unless you like listening to complaining about headaches after sniffing all the perfumes". "Don't ever bring bf again!"
This was my out OOTD. I wore a baggy loose pirate pants, a pink jumper from Winners and some
Nike trainers also from Winners. I wanted to be comfy.

Another side note: Don't wear bright clothes or shoes in Vancouver ... "BIRDS will target you!!!"
I got bird poop on my shoe and on my jumper sleeve :p I don't know what it is about Vancouver, but since I came here I have been pooped on 6 times by birds. Never in my life has that happened before.

Has this happened to you?? Do birds in Vancouver aim at people on purpose?
